APEX is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the APEX platform at app.myapex.io and our website, and how we handle it.

We collect:

• Account and contact data you provide (name, email, agency name) and data from any website enquiry form.
• Payment data to run your subscription and credit purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Google Ads data from the accounts you connect, including campaign, keyword, search-term, ad, asset, conversion and performance data. This can include data about your clients' accounts that you choose to connect.
• Usage data (which features you use, and basic diagnostics) to operate and improve the service.

We use your information to provide and operate the APEX platform: to run analyses, build campaigns, generate recommendations and ad copy, apply the changes you approve or enable, bill your subscription and credits, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information.

We share data with a small set of providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, solely to provide the service:

• Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, database and authentication.
• Stripe — subscription and payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email.
• OpenAI and Anthropic — AI processing (see below).

When you connect Google Ads, we ask your permission (via Google OAuth) to access your account using the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). We request this access only to provide the APEX features you use.

With this access we read your campaign, keyword, search-term and performance data to report results and produce optimisations, and we make changes you have approved or enabled (such as adding keywords, adjusting budgets, or pausing terms). To generate recommendations and ad copy, we may transmit limited Google Ads data (for example campaign, keyword and search-term performance) to our AI sub-processors (OpenAI and Anthropic); they process it only as our processors to return results to you, do not use it for their own purposes, and, under their API terms, do not use it to train their models. We store the minimum needed to run the service, do not sell it, and do not use it for advertising or to train generalised AI/ML models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account's security settings, from APEX Settings, or by contacting us.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it to meet legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can disconnect Google Ads or close your account at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We use only strictly-necessary cookies required to sign you in and keep the app working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may stop the app from working.
